Instructions for bidding:

When bidding project(s), you acknowledge and include the following:

• You have visited the site and are familiar with existing conditions

• List any Value Engineering or Alternate opportunities as a separate line item on your proposal

• If an item is not specified on the plans, specify the manufacturer, model and type that is included in your proposal; submit a cut sheet of the product you are proposing

• If you are bidding on different scopes, list the values separately

• Submit references with your bid, limit to 1 page

• Proposal is based upon plans and specification

• Estimated time frame for the completion of your scope of work

• The statement “I have visited the site and am aware of the existing conditions”
